The Dingman's Ferry Bridge is the last privately owned toll bridge on the Delaware River and one of the last few in the United States. It spans the Delaware River in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and connects Sandyston NJ to Dingman's Ferry PA.
This bridge has been replaced a few times since the first version was built in 1836. The current bridge gets it's looks, in part, because it was constructed with recycled materials from a railroad bridge on the Susquehanna River. It has survived major floods in 1903, 1955, 2005, and 2006.
I seek to see new things, explore, and experience life through my lens. I enjoy hiking, wild rivers, and exploring new photographic opportunities. I occasionally travel and photograph places in Maine, California, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, New York and everywhere in between.
